"In a stressful world, one must go inside to attain peace and balance" We've become obsessive about our bodies and the way we look. We're maybe physically fit and hardbodied on the outside thanks to long hours of painstakingly pumping iron and endless aerobic workouts, but we're out of touch with our inner-selves and therefore out of balance. Its time to think again.

There is more. Redefining fitness means empowerment on physical, mental and emotional levels. Freeing yourself from tension, restrictions and fear through mindful movement will change your body, not just on the outside but from that place, deep inside where change becomes a permanent part of you. We live in a stressful world, and need to practise the art of relaxation in order to safeguard our well-being.

Relaxation is the most natural activity in the world, yet today it is a forgotten art. The practise of consciously letting go releases tension from the body and the mind and opens up awareness. We need to get inside ourselves and experience and express who we are. Move for the sheer joy of it, connecting breathing and awareness to relate to your body. Let your mind move your body. Move away from goal-orientated 'doing' and move towards 'being'.

Experience total body awareness. The intense and intuitive use of the senses creates a state of awareness which in turn produces calmness of the mind. Mindfulness is aware�ness wit�hout judgement or comment, it is mental hygiene and the miracle by which we master and restore ourselves. A mind-body workout involves activity performed with focussed awareness or mindfulness to generate a relaxation response and reunite body and mind.
